  • We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, and or cancellations for our customized products BUT your happiness with our products is #1. If you have any problems with your order, please Contact Us at right away. 
  • If you receive a defective item due to shipping, please Contact Us at within 14 days of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item. Item will be replaced by way of store credit. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.
  • For all customized items, we will send you proof for approval and/or make changes prior to production. Once your approval has been accepted, we are not responsible for any items misspelled. Please ensure you review the proofs carefully.
